To begin working out at CrossFit SW Portland you must first sign a waiver and start a ‘Getting Started’ class. In this 6 class series of personal training sessions you will be introduced to the core exercises, equipment, and philosophy. After you have finished your ‘Getting Started ‘ introductory sessions, you can enter a ‘CrossFit Class’ and the challenges. GS = Getting Started Class

(2-3 times a week to get started. 4 – 5 times a week is recommended for best results). No contracts are required.
Teachers, military, police, and firefighter discount: 10% off monthly fee. Family discounts are also available.

What you get:
We offer a very different approach to fitness. Different then your traditional work out or globo-gym. We provide a work out of the day (WOD) with instructional coaching and teach proper forms and movements. Each CrossFit class is lead by a certified CrossFit trainer that will take you through a warm up, mobility and skill training, (WOD) work out of the day, as well as provide you with excellent coaching and training. You do not just use equipment to work out on but have a workout prepared and taught to you at each session. YOU WILL SEE AND KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. This is CrossFit, welcome!

Fees:
$10.00 drop in rate
$110.00 month for 3 days per week
$150.00 unlimited training (includes 2 free personal trainings sessions)
Discounts:
Prepaid 4 month unlimited punch card: $100.00 month
Family or Couple discount: $200.00 month for two
Personal Training $65.00 hour for one-on-one personal training.
$105.00 hour for couples
New attendees welcome: Sundays at 3:00pm.
