Great group work out on Dec 15th! Thank you for coming. Our next large group work out is Friday Dec. 17th at 10:00am and Sunday at 4:00. Newbie's are welcome to come by at 3:00pm.

UPDATE: We will be closed Dec 23-25th but now open Dec 26th at 3:00 for skills class and newbie overview, 4:00pm for group class and 5:00pm for personal training class.
