For the 'Beat Your Time by New Years' contest, we need current times now. Winner with the best time difference or improved difference- wins a prize.
We must have your current times by Sunday, Dec. 5th for you to be able to compete in this contest!
Winner results will be posted!
- Current # of pull ups with and with out bands.
- 100 sit ups for time.
